Zhangzhou, September 2026. A giant wall of white hexagons greeted the visitors at Dynavolt Tech. Below it, a bright screen flashed a warm welcome message for the guests from Indonesia. Six people lined up in front of the reception desk, most giving a thumbs-up. However, the real work was just about to begin. That day, Dynavolt faced its motorcycle battery SNI audit.
Dynavolt is a well-known name in the battery world. Now, the company wants Indonesian riders to use its batteries too. To make that possible, its factory first needed to meet Indonesia’s national standard, SNI. So, Global Service Agency came to China to guide the process.
Who Took Part in the Motorcycle Battery SNI Audit?
First, there was Fujian Dynavolt Power Technology Co., Ltd., a battery maker based in Fujian Province. The company is known for innovations such as its gel maintenance-free motorcycle batteries. Its products already reach riders in more than 90 countries and regions.
Second, there was Vertex Global Indonesia, the LSPro (Lembaga Sertifikasi Produk) that led the audit. As an accredited certification body, Vertex checks whether factories meet SNI requirements. Third, there was Global Service Agency (GSA), the SNI consultant that accompanied the entire process.
What Happened During the Audit?
The Vertex auditors started with an opening meeting. Then, they moved to the factory floor. There, they inspected the production lines up close, wearing masks to stay safe around the machinery. For example, they observed how the factory processes battery plates and assembles each unit.
Back in the meeting room, the auditors also reviewed documents and records. In short, they checked the quality management system, production controls and testing procedures. Most importantly, they confirmed that every battery meets the same standard.
Meanwhile, our team kept everything running smoothly. Before the audit, we prepared the required documents with Dynavolt’s team. During the visit, we bridged communication between the Chinese manufacturer and the Indonesian auditors. As a result, both sides could focus on what mattered most.
When and Where Did It Take Place?
The audit took place in September 2026 at Dynavolt’s factory in the Jindu Industrial Park, Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, China. Fujian sits on China’s southeast coast and hosts many battery manufacturers. For Dynavolt, this visit marked a key step toward the Indonesian market.
Why Does Motorcycle Battery SNI Certification Matter?
Indonesia is one of the world’s largest motorcycle markets. Millions of people ride every day to work, school and business. Naturally, every one of those motorcycles needs a reliable battery.
That’s why motorcycle battery SNI certification is so important. Under Indonesian rules, these batteries must meet SNI requirements before they go on sale. Without it, customs can hold shipments at the port. Consequently, the batteries cannot legally reach Indonesian riders.
For Dynavolt, a successful audit opens the door to a huge and active market. Meanwhile, Indonesian riders gain access to batteries that meet the national standard.
How Did the Motorcycle Battery SNI Audit Go?
In a word: smoothly. At the closing meeting, the Vertex auditors presented their summary on the big screen. First, they thanked Dynavolt’s team for its good cooperation. Then, they confirmed that the audit covered every area and department without problems.
“Dynavolt’s team was open and well prepared from the very first meeting,” said a member of the Global Service Agency team. “That made it easy for the auditors to see every part of their process.”

Karawang, November 2024. The lobby of PT Adharco Jaya Selaras looked like a hall of fame. Trophies and awards filled the shelves, and framed certificates lined the wall. That morning, however, two new documents took center stage. Two men stood side by side, each holding one up with a proud smile. After months of work, Adharco’s E-mark certification was finally complete.
The document in their hands was an E57 certificate. For an automotive parts maker, this is a big deal. It shows that the product meets strict international vehicle safety rules. Behind the scenes, Global Service Agency guided every step of the journey.
Who Took Part in the E-Mark Certification?
First, there was PT Adharco Jaya Selaras, a manufacturer based in Karawang, West Java. The company makes [product type], and it wanted to prove its quality on the global stage. Second, there was [Taiwan lab name], an accredited testing laboratory in Taiwan. Third, there was Global Service Agency (GSA), which managed the entire process and handed over the final certificate.
What Is E-Mark Certification?
The E-mark is an international approval mark for vehicles and automotive parts. It comes from UNECE regulations under the 1958 Agreement. In simple terms, it proves that a product meets agreed rules for safety and environmental protection.
Each E-mark carries a number that shows which country granted it. For example, E1 stands for Germany. Meanwhile, E57 stands for San Marino. Most importantly, all member countries recognize a certificate from any other member. So, one E57 certificate can open doors in many markets at once.
When and Where Did It Happen?
The handover took place in November 2024 at Adharco’s office in Karawang, West Java. Karawang is one of Indonesia’s biggest industrial areas. In fact, many automotive and manufacturing companies run their factories here. However, the testing itself happened far away, at a laboratory in Taiwan.
Why Does E-Mark Certification Matter?
Automotive parts affect the safety of drivers, passengers and everyone else on the road. Therefore, many markets only accept parts that carry the E-mark. Without it, a manufacturer can lose access to export markets and major buyers.
For Adharco, E-mark certification brings three clear benefits. First, it proves that its products meet international standards. Second, it builds trust with carmakers and distributors. Third, it opens new export opportunities beyond Indonesia.
How Did GSA Guide the Process?
Our team handled the process from start to finish. First, we reviewed Adharco’s product and prepared the technical documents. Next, we chose an accredited lab in Taiwan and arranged the product testing. Then, we coordinated with the approval authority to issue the certificate. Finally, we brought the E57 certificate home to Karawang.
E-mark certification also requires strong quality control in mass production. For that reason, we helped Adharco show that every unit meets the same standard as the tested sample. As a result, the approval went through smoothly.
“Many Indonesian manufacturers already make world-class products,” said a member of the Global Service Agency team. “E-mark certification simply gives them the proof they need to compete globally.”
Your Gateway to International Automotive Markets
Adharco’s story shows that Indonesian manufacturers can meet global standards. With the right partner, even a complex international approval becomes manageable. Chongqing, August 2026. A bright turquoise wall filled the lobby of Chongqing Wansheng Fuyao Glass Co., Ltd. In the center, the blue Fuyao Group logo shone above the company name in Chinese and English. In front of it, five people posed for a photo. Three of them wore Indonesian batik, a small touch of home far from Jakarta. They had come for one reason: safety glass SNI certification.
Fuyao Group is one of the biggest names in the glass industry. However, even global leaders must follow local rules. To sell its safety glass in Indonesia, Fuyao first needed to pass an SNI audit. So, Global Service Agency flew to Chongqing to guide the process from start to finish.
Who Took Part in the Safety Glass SNI Certification Audit?
First, there was Fuyao Group, founded in Fuzhou, China, in 1987. Today, it ranks among the world’s largest automotive glass makers. Top carmakers such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen and Toyota use its glass. The audit took place at its subsidiary, Chongqing Wansheng Fuyao Glass Co., Ltd.
Second, there was an Indonesian LSPro (Lembaga Sertifikasi Produk), the certification body that led the audit. Third, there was Global Service Agency (GSA), the SNI consultant for the project.
What Happened During the SNI Audit?
The LSPro carried out a factory audit at Fuyao’s Wansheng facility. In short, auditors wanted to see how the factory makes its safety glass. For example, they reviewed the quality management system and production controls. They also checked inspection procedures and testing records. Most importantly, they confirmed that every product meets the same standard.
Our team handled the preparation and coordination. Before the audit, we prepared the required documents with Fuyao’s team. During the visit, we bridged communication between the Chinese manufacturer and the Indonesian auditors. As a result, the process stayed smooth and well organized.
When and Where Did It Take Place?
The audit took place in [Month Year] in Chongqing, a major industrial city in southwest China. Fuyao’s Wansheng facility sits in the Wansheng Economic Development Zone. For Fuyao, this visit marked an important step toward the Indonesian market.
Why Does Safety Glass SNI Certification Matter?
Safety glass does more than let light in. In a car, it protects passengers during accidents. It also keeps the vehicle’s structure strong. Therefore, its quality can make a real difference in a crash.
That’s why Indonesia requires safety glass to meet SNI standards before it enters the market. Without safety glass SNI certification, customs can hold shipments at the port. Consequently, the products cannot legally reach Indonesian buyers.
For Fuyao, the audit opens the door to one of Southeast Asia’s largest automotive markets. Meanwhile, Indonesian drivers get peace of mind. They know that SNI-certified glass meets the national safety standard.
How Did the Audit Go?
In a word: smoothly. Fuyao’s team showed a well-organized and disciplined production process. In the end, the factory met the LSPro’s audit requirements. Afterward, everyone gathered for a friendly photo in the lobby.
“Working with a company of Fuyao’s scale was a great experience,” said a member of the Global Service Agency team. “Their team was well prepared, which made every step of the audit run smoothly.”

South Tangerang. The meeting table told its own story. Water bottles, laptops and stacks of documents covered almost every inch of it. Behind the table, more than a dozen people stood shoulder to shoulder under the orange EMASIN logo. Some were senior leaders. Others were young team members. Yet they all shared one goal: ISO 37001 certification.
ISO 37001:2016 is the international standard for anti-bribery management systems. For any company, earning it sends a clear message. It says, “We take integrity seriously.” To reach that goal, EMASIN chose Global Service Agency to guide the way.
Who Took Part in the ISO 37001 Certification Journey?
First, there was EMASIN, [short description of what EMASIN does]. From leadership to staff, the whole team took part in the process. Second, there was Global Service Agency (GSA), EMASIN’s consultant for the entire journey. Third, there was [certification body name], the independent certification body that carried out the final audit.
What Is ISO 37001 and What Did It Involve?
ISO 37001 helps organizations prevent, detect and respond to bribery. In Indonesia, many people also know it as SMAP, or Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan. In short, the standard asks a company to build clear systems against bribery.
For example, a company needs a formal anti-bribery policy. It must also assess its bribery risks and check its business partners carefully. On top of that, it needs financial controls and a safe way for people to report concerns. Most importantly, everyone in the company must understand these rules.
When Did Each Step Happen?
Our team stayed with EMASIN through four key stages.
Training. First, we trained EMASIN’s team on the ISO 37001 requirements. As a result, every member understood their role in the system.
Pre-audit. Next, we ran a pre-audit to test the system before the real audit. This step helped us find and fix any gaps early.
Audit. Then, the certification body carried out the official audit. Meanwhile, our team stayed on hand to support EMASIN and answer questions.
Certification. Finally, EMASIN passed the audit and received its ISO 37001 certificate.
Where Did It Take Place?
The whole journey took place at EMASIN’s office in South Tangerang, Banten. The training sessions, the pre-audit and the audit all happened on site. This way, the auditors could see EMASIN’s system at work in its real environment.
Why Does ISO 37001 Certification Matter?
Bribery can damage any business. It can bring legal trouble, lost contracts and a broken reputation. Therefore, more companies now want proof that their partners work with integrity.
ISO 37001 certification gives exactly that proof. For EMASIN, it builds trust with clients, partners and regulators. It also shows that the company takes good governance seriously. Meanwhile, employees gain clear guidance on how to act when facing difficult situations.
How Did GSA Support the ISO 37001 Certification Process?
We believe that ISO 37001 certification is not about paperwork alone. Instead, it’s about changing how people work every day. That’s why we started with training, not documents.
After that, we helped EMASIN build its policies, procedures and controls step by step. During the pre-audit, we tested every part of the system. By the time the real audit came, EMASIN’s team felt confident and ready. In the end, the hard work paid off with a successful certification.
“The best anti-bribery system is one that everyone understands,” said a member of the Global Service Agency team. “EMASIN’s team was open, committed and eager to learn. That made our job much easier.”
Ready to Build a Culture of Integrity?
EMASIN’s story shows that ISO 37001 certification is within reach for any committed company. With the right guidance, the journey becomes clear and manageable. You can learn more about our ISO certification services on our website.

[City], August 28, 2024. The big screen at the front of the room showed a simple title: Handover Ceremony, MAKA 0-series Road Test Report. On the table stood a plaque marking the moment. Around it, four men smiled for the camera. Behind those smiles, however, lay months of work and more than 15,000 kilometers of riding. This was the finish line of an electric motorcycle road test.
The motorcycle in question was MAKA’s first model, later launched as the MAKA Cavalry. Before any rider could buy one, the bike had to prove itself on real Indonesian roads. So, MAKA turned to Global Service Agency to make that happen.
Who Took Part in the Electric Motorcycle Road Test?
First, there was MAKA Motors, an Indonesian electric vehicle company founded in 2022. The Cavalry is its first locally designed electric motorcycle. Second, there was Global Service Agency (GSA), which ran the entire road test program. Third, there was ATIC, [ATIC’s role in the project].
What Did the Road Test Involve?
Our team delivered a complete road test package. First, we provided the tracks. Next, we supplied the riders. Finally, we collected and delivered the data. In other words, MAKA received everything it needed in one place.
The test covered every kind of road a rider might face in Indonesia. For example, the bikes rode on smooth asphalt and rough, broken surfaces. They also crossed quiet residential streets and heavy industrial roads. In total, the test fleet covered more than 15,000 kilometers.
Along the way, our team recorded performance data from every ride. As a result, MAKA gained a clear picture of how its motorcycle behaves in real conditions.
When and Where Did the Handover Happen?
The handover ceremony took place on August 28, 2024, in [City]. At the event, GSA formally delivered the road test report for MAKA’s 0-series motorcycles. Notably, this happened several months before the Cavalry’s official launch in January 2025.
Why Does an Electric Motorcycle Road Test Matter?
Indonesian roads can be tough on any vehicle. Potholes, speed bumps, heavy traffic and heat all test a motorcycle’s limits. Therefore, lab tests alone can’t tell the whole story.
An electric motorcycle road test fills that gap. It shows how the battery, motor, suspension and frame perform in daily use. Moreover, it reveals problems early, before the bike reaches customers. For a brand-new electric motorcycle, that insight is priceless.
For MAKA, the data helped prepare the Cavalry for real riders. Meanwhile, Indonesian consumers gained something too: a motorcycle tested on the same roads they ride every day.
How Did the Road Test Go?
In a word: successfully. Our riders completed more than 15,000 kilometers across every planned road type. Then, our team compiled the results into a full report. Finally, we handed it over to MAKA at the ceremony.
“Every road in Indonesia has its own challenge,” said a member of the Global Service Agency team. “That’s why we tested the bike everywhere, from smooth highways to rough industrial roads. We wanted MAKA to have real answers, not assumptions.”
Tested on Real Roads, Ready for Real Riders
Months later, MAKA launched the Cavalry to the Indonesian public. In 2025, the bike even won Best of High Electric Skutik at the Otomotif Award. Of course, that success belongs to MAKA’s team. Still, we’re proud that our electric motorcycle road test played a part in the journey. You can learn more about our automotive testing services on our website.
