Who Took Part in the Motorcycle Battery SNI Audit?
First, there was Fujian Dynavolt Power Technology Co., Ltd., a battery maker based in Fujian Province. The company is known for innovations such as its gel maintenance-free motorcycle batteries. Its products already reach riders in more than 90 countries and regions.
Second, there was Vertex Global Indonesia, the LSPro (Lembaga Sertifikasi Produk) that led the audit. As an accredited certification body, Vertex checks whether factories meet SNI requirements. Third, there was Global Service Agency (GSA), the SNI consultant that accompanied the entire process.
What Happened During the Audit?
The Vertex auditors started with an opening meeting. Then, they moved to the factory floor. There, they inspected the production lines up close, wearing masks to stay safe around the machinery. For example, they observed how the factory processes battery plates and assembles each unit.
Back in the meeting room, the auditors also reviewed documents and records. In short, they checked the quality management system, production controls and testing procedures. Most importantly, they confirmed that every battery meets the same standard.
