Technical Measurement Energy Unit

“Metrologi UTTP” refers to “Unit Tenaga Teknik Pengukuran” (Technical Measurement Energy Unit), which is a unit under the Directorate General of Metrology at the Ministry of Industry. The main responsibility of Metrologi UTTP is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurements related to energy usage, particularly in industries and businesses. This includes overseeing the calibration, testing, and certification of measuring instruments used for electricity, gas, water, and heat. By enforcing accurate measurement standards through Metrologi UTTP, Indonesia aims to promote fair trade practices, protect consumer interests, and support sustainable development by ensuring efficient energy usage across various sectors of the economy.
